I (David) got bored with those 'traditional' automation initiatives, that cost a vast amount of money and were full of opportunism.
To break out of this situation - together with Mark - we distilled the necessary business process improvement skills, the IT professionalism and the customer focus into the expertise of a SWAT team.
Even if our small boat faces enormous waves and headwind, we always manage to come into a safe dock. Our secret is that unlike the big consultancies concentrating on money, we keep focusing on the business value.
